Executive Team
Anne Chastain, Founder and CEO of BrainTrust Solutions, has over 25 years of engineering, management,
and marketing experience that spans across multiple industries ranging from retail to petroleum to
telecommunications. She began her career with Atlantic Richfield, has held various engineering and marketing executive
positions with AT&T, was the Executive Producer of NokiaUSA.com, and has served with various startups in strategic positions
during their launch phases.
In her role with BrainTrust Solutions, Anne provides corporate strategy and CEO coaching for
small businesses across the country. Her varied background has provided her the expertise, experience, and relationships
across various knowledge domains, specifically in the area of supplier diversity. She received her Bachelor of Science in
Engineering from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and her Master's Degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Anne understands how big companies operate and what they are looking for in a supplier. She has been responsible for everything from product development,
marketing and product launches to cost reductions, process optimization, and quality assurance. Her career in Corporate America
provided exposure to working with small businesses, from needs analysis, requirements development, and vendor selection to contract
negotiations, management, and measurement. It has also developed her ability to better understand how small
businesses can successfully market to large corporations.
Connections
In business, sometimes it is as much about who you know as what you know. Anne and her consultants understand this maxim and
work hard to regularly cultivate connections and nurture relationships with key business contacts. Anne and her consultants actively
participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking meetings to keep on top of trends and changes in supplier diversity and government
contracting. Their passion to promote small businesses and MWBEs is reflected in their pledge to the business community.
Anne holds board positions with several key organizations. BrainTrust Solutions is also a woman-owned business.
